Exit Interview Information

The Exit Interview process is designed as a tool for Human Resources to evaluate the level of satisfaction an employee experienced while working for the County of Riverside. Surveys help us identify and address challenges; it provides insight to possible areas of improvements. Analyzing information provided will assist us in our efforts to make appropriate decisions and changes to improve working relationships and a better working environment. We are committed to providing County employees a good work experience. Your individual experience with the County of Riverside is important to us.

All information provided will be handled in a confidential and professional manner.

Instructions:

  1. You must be an employee or former employee of one of the participating departments listed above.
  2. You must have provided notice of resignation, or have already left the County within the past month (30 days). 
  3. A password is required for this interview. If you do not have one, please contact the appropriate department HR representative at the number identified above.

** We encourage everyone who meets these requirements, regardless of the reason for the termination, to submit an Exit Interview.  Please contact the department’s HR representative to acquire a logon for this important survey. **
